If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with photos and details. We'll open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund depending on available stock and the outcome of the claim.

Import taxes and duties are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. EU orders are handled from within the EU; non-EU buyers may be charged by their customs office on arrival.
